The best way to contact us about an order is to reply to our order confirmation email so we can see your order ID right away.

Placing an order means payment has been confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
Write an email to shop@minunatbyirina.com and indicate the wish to cancel and the order ID.

For free delivery in the EU, you must place an order over 650 lei, for free delivery in the USA and the rest of the world, you must place an order over 1000 lei.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you to pick up the products from the store. If you have an urgent request, please write to us at shop@minunatbyirina.com and let us know how we can help you.
Deliveries to Romania, the USA, are made within 48-72 hours of order confirmation.
Same day or next day delivery is not possible.

Depending on the country you are in, you may have to pay taxes, the existence of these taxes and their value are not known to us, we invite you to contact the local authorities.
We accept returns if the product was not purchased from the “Offers” section and if you inform us of your desire to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the product must not be worn, washed, handled in any way. Please note that the best way to return a product is to use the original packaging.
All delivery costs – both initial and return – are the responsibility of the customer.

The cost of the return delivery is not refundable, unless we decide this, based on the information you have provided us as the reason for the return; each case will be evaluated individually. The cost of the return delivery is deducted from the amount that is refunded to the customer.
Gift Cards / vouchers
We do not exchange products. If you want another product instead of the one you want to return, the return and the new order are treated as two distinct operations. Attention, it is not possible to return the products that were purchased from the “Offers” section.
The refund takes place 5 working days after receiving the product returned to us

Silk twill is perfect in any season, it is an opaque material that can be woven with threads of different thickness, resulting in different types of twill. This silk is a classic choice for scarves and carrés and you will find it in the collections of major fashion houses.
Habotai silk is much thinner, transparent, cool and very good for summer.
Wool with silk is a good choice for winter, a warm and pleasant material, on which fine detailed patterns are printed.

If it says “DRY CLEAN ONLY” on the label, it means you have to take the product to a dry cleaner.
If you cannot go to the dry cleaners, you can wash the product by hand but only with cold water.
Use a delicate detergent in a very small amount, do not leave the product to soak.
Rinse in cold water several times, remove water only by gentle pressing between thick towels then smooth by hand, returning to original shape.
Dry on a tumble dryer then iron on the wrong side with an iron at the right temperature (silk, wool).

Protect the product from very prolonged exposure to the sun
Do not vaporize perfume
Do not iron on the face of the fabric
Do not squeeze by twisting
Don’t over-wet when you walk
Do not tumble dry
